The creation of a paste that you will leave on your affected joints over night is another natural treatment. Mixing water with equal measures of whole wheat powder and mustard powder will create a healing paste. It is possible to place gauze over the paste as you sleep. Some warm water that has 2 cups of Epsom salt mixed in will ease gout in the toes. Placing the toes in the water until it is cool will help with the gout. Warm Castor oil soaked into a cloth and placed on the affected areas will help with the gout.
